Tree stand design

Engineered.

Supporting trees takes a good deal of engineering to do it right. Calculating the maximum wind condition in a specific area, the ground support requirements, the structural load and the base the stand is tied down to are all factors that need to be looked into.

Ingredients Matter.

Not all steel is made the same. The steel used and the thicknesses specified in our tree stands is specifically chosen for this purpose and used to provide many years of service.

7,000 Pounds of Love.

We don’t skimp. The weight of our tree stands is intentional and serves a purpose. They will need a crane to put into place and to adjust their positioning. This is not a one-man job. Why? Because we don’t want your Christmas tree falling down.

Features

  • Accommodates tree trunks up to 24” in diameter; tree trunks can be shaved to fit within the stand.

  • Stand has internal clamps that screw in and out to tighten against tree trunk using mining-class bolts.

  • Integrated lifting eyes.

  • Painted one color epoxy paint; multiple colors to choose from.

Foundations Matter.

We will provide the specifications for the concrete base that this tree stand requires (which is a customer-built item). Ultimately, it’s up to you what you put it on (if you don’t mind it falling over), but we prefer our trees standing tall and proud.

Options

  • Sealed internal tube for tree trunk watering.
